Job Summary
Excel and Grace Consulting is seeking a qualified Accountant to manage and oversee financial records and reporting across the group. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial activities while supporting management decision-making through timely financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records for all group entities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger postings.
- Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and control expenses.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory deductions, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate external audits and provide required financial documentation.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain effective internal financial controls.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Minimum of four (4) to six (6) years relevant accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Key Competencies
- Financial reporting and financial analysis skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
₦350,000 – ₦400,000 per month
