Sometimes the scammers will try to entice you by telling you that you made the cut and they are interviewing the finalists for the job.
In furtherance, they may tell you that you will get a job right away. After a quick phone or instant message interview, and the interviewer immediately contacts you to offer you the job which is not truly so.
Scammers try to always make their emails seems believable by listing all available job requirements; usually, these requirements are so ridiculously simple that almost everyone qualifies: e.g. Must be 18 years old, must be a citizen, must have access to the internet. (Note: You wouldn’t be reading their email if you didn’t have internet access, right?) The job requirements don’t mention years of education or experience and sometimes it may be included. As a rule of thumb, if it’s a real job, the requirements will be quite specific and essential.
Furthermore, they may ask you to provide confidential information such as your Bank Verification Number(BVN) "though as a Nigerian, some legitimate companies do require for this too but you must cautious in the process of submitting your BVN in any website", Debit card details, or OTP send to your phone and obtained your Card details.
The deal seems to be too good to be true.
