Job Summary
Excel and Grace Consulting is recruiting a highly experienced General Manager to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership across the group. This role is ideal for a results-driven executive with a strong background in managing multi-unit operations within the computer systems, electronics, or technology sector.
The General Manager will be fully accountable for business growth, profitability, governance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, and execute short-term and long-term strategic plans for the group.
- Provide leadership and direction to department heads to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
- Drive revenue growth through market expansion, strategic partnerships, and product diversification.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, cash flow, and profitability across the group.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, clients, and regulators.
- Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Prepare and present periodic performance and management reports to the owners or board.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years progressive leadership experience.
- At least five (5) years at senior management or executive level.
- Proven experience managing ICT, electronics, or technology-driven businesses.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capability.

Salary
₦600,000 – ₦800,000 per month
