Job Description
Cyclofoss Technologies Limited is seeking a motivated NYSC Data Entry Intern to support data management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, formatting, and maintaining accurate data within the company’s database systems.
This role is ideal for corps members who are computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently with large volumes of information.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, upload, and update data accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of existing data records.
- Research and obtain additional information to complete incomplete data.
- Review completed work to identify errors, inconsistencies, or duplicate entries.
- Ensure proper use and handling of office equipment and systems.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education & Eligibility
- HND (Distinction or Upper Credit) or Bachelor’s Degree (First Class or Second Class Upper – 2.1).
- Applicants must be currently serving NYSC members.
- Must be posted to Amuwo-Odofin LGA.
- Must reside within or around FESTAC Town, Lagos.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to enter data accurately and at a reasonable speed.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong spelling and grammar skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to multitask and concentrate for extended periods.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
