Verification Officer Position at Beyond Credit Limited Reports to: Head of Growth / Credit Administration
Location: Taiwo Road, Ilorin, Kwara State
Summary: Beyond Credit Limited is seeking a meticulous and dependable Verification Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing loan applications, verifying customer data, and upholding the integrity of our loan portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Examine loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct on-site visits to verify borrower information and collateral
- Ensure adherence to lending policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and discrepancies
- Collaborate with Loan Officers and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain precise records and prepare verification reports
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in loan verification, risk management, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and ability to work independently
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly salary:
N120,000 -N150,000 - Comprehensive Health Insurance (HMO)
