Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced HR pro to join our team and drive business results. You'll develop objectives, manage performance, and oversee employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop objectives with plant management
- Conduct performance management and appraisals
- Ensure timely payroll processing
- Oversee on-boarding and orientation
- Support health and safety initiatives
- Provide HR expertise and handle grievances
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in HR software like SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong knowledge of labour laws
- 5+ years in manufacturing, 7+ years in HR
Salary: N650,000 - N700,000 monthly
