President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme
The Federal Ministry of Works is seeking to engage jobless graduate engineers for the President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme, an initiative to boost national technical capacity, empower young Nigerians, and support critical infrastructure projects.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Be Nigerian citizens between 18 and 35 years old
- Hold a Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Be currently unemployed and not engaged in government service or full-time employment
- Provide evidence of NYSC completion, exemption, or exclusion
- Reside in or be willing to work within any Local Government Area where the Ministry has projects
Programme Benefits:
- Temporary engagement with monthly stipends
- Field mentorship under registered engineers and certified supervisors
- Hands-on training at Federal construction project sites
- Provision of basic safety gear (PPE)
- Certification upon successful completion of the programme
- Priority consideration for future government or contractor engagements
