Role Overview

The National Clients Officer is a critical link between our corporate partners and our internal finance department. Your primary focus will be providing dedicated financial and administrative support for our portfolio of key accounts. You will ensure that billing is accurate, payments are followed up promptly, and our security personnel assigned to these national accounts are catered for administratively. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who understands the complexity of managing accounts with multiple locations across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing: Ensure the accurate preparation and timely issuance of invoices for all designated national client accounts.
• Payroll Support: Coordinate and verify salary payments for security personnel deployed to various national client sites.
• Receivables Management: Proactively engage with clients to facilitate prompt settlement of invoices and manage all account receivables.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise, up-to-date financial records and documentation for every assigned client.
• Internal Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between the Accounts department and the National Clients Unit for all billing matters.
• Problem Resolution: Identify, escalate, and help resolve any payment discrepancies or service issues that may arise.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in client-facing financial administration, billing, or account management.
• Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using accounting or invoicing software.
• Organization: Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
• Coordination: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different internal departments.
• Age Range: Candidates should be between 25 and 40 years of age.
