Role Overview
The Head of Operations serves as the engine room of our nationwide activities. Based in our Abuja headquarters, you will provide strategic leadership and management for all branch operations. Your goal is to ensure that our performance indicators are met and that every guard, vehicle, and piece of equipment is deployed effectively. You will be the primary point of contact for crisis management and the architect of our inter-branch coordination strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Oversight: Exercise direct management of all security operations across our national branch network.
- Performance Management: Drive the achievement of departmental KPIs and ensure all strategic objectives are hit.
- Standardization: Implement and enforce uniform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all company locations.
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage the national supply chain for uniforms, operational equipment, and our logistics fleet.
- Coordination: Develop strategies to improve communication and coordination between different regional branches.
- Incident Command: Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree is required, a Master's degree or professional certification in Security/Risk Management is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in security operations, with at least three (3) years in a senior role managing multiple locations.
- Command Experience: Retired senior military or police officers with command experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
