Role Overview

As the Mechanical Manager for the Power Plant, you are the final authority on all mechanical maintenance services. You will be responsible for ensuring that every repair and maintenance task aligns with established global standards. Your mission is to minimize downtime by implementing aggressive Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PPM) schedules. • Communication: Very good oral and written communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse technical workforce.
