About the Role:
We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Audit Accountant to join our hospitality team, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and profitability across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze product performance
- Prepare accurate forecasts on product demand and profitability
- Conduct inventory audits and manage procurement processes
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams
- Provide management with reports on product efficiency and recommendations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (2-6 years experience)
- Proven experience in auditing, inventory management, or hospitality finance
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
