Job Description
The Area General Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all real estate and facilities-related operations within the assigned region. This includes coordinating construction, maintenance, space utilization, environmental compliance, and engineering infrastructure management for the bank’s branches and offices. The role ensures that services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee real estate and facilities management activities across assigned branches.
- Coordinate construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Manage space planning and optimal utilization of office and branch facilities.

Educational Requirements
