Job Description
The Quality Assurance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural and construction-related activities across the organization’s real estate portfolio. The role focuses strictly on quality assurance and control, ensuring that all building projects—including renovations, face-lifting, and new developments—are executed in line with approved designs, regulatory standards, safety protocols, and the bank’s quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for all architectural and construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits across ongoing projects.
- Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Review construction materials and workmanship to ensure conformity with quality standards.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc. Architecture.
- M.Sc. Architecture.
- Advanced Certificate in Project Management.
Professional Certifications
- Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA).
- Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).
Experience Required
- Minimum of 10 years relevant professional experience in quality assurance, architectural design, or construction project management.
