Role Overview
The Factory Manager is the heartbeat of our Itobe plant. You will be responsible for the day to day oversight of all factory activities, ensuring that production targets are met without compromising on safety or quality. This role involves high level coordination of staff, monitoring complex processing equipment, and implementing the operational standards that keep us ahead in the mining industry. You will be expected to prepare detailed reports and use performance analysis to constantly improve our output.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Oversight: Manage daily factory activities to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Production Supervision: Plan and coordinate all production processes while providing direct leadership to the plant staff.
- Quality & Standards: Implement rigorous quality control systems and ensure all operational standards are strictly followed.
