Key Responsibilities

As a Risk Management Officer at Turbo Group, your key duties include:

  • Risk Assessment: Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential risks affecting the bank’s lending activities and overall financial performance.

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically within the microfinance or broader banking sector.
  • Holding a Risk Management Certification (CRM), CIA, FRM, or ACCA is a major advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with a strong understanding of internal controls and credit risk assessment.
