Editorial: Insight for Lagos Marketers
In a city as competitive as Lagos, street smarts will always trump a degree when it comes to field marketing. For this role at Alabastar Nigeria, the recruiters aren't just looking for someone with a certificate they want someone who can walk into a shop or a workshop and convince the owner that digital visibility is the key to their next level of success.
Since the platform is an online directory, your ability to explain digital value to someone who might not be tech savvy is your biggest asset. If you are applying via WhatsApp, make sure your first message is professional and well structured it's your first chance to prove you can communicate clearly. Target the busy hubs like Ikeja, Yaba, or Trade Fair, and show them you have the grit to hit your KPIs.
