Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Maintenance: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and bathrooms, changing bed linens, dusting, polishing furniture, and vacuuming to 4-star standards.
Restocking Amenities: Ensuring that toiletries, towels, toilet paper, drinking glasses, and minibar items are always replenished and ready for guests.
Public Area Cleaning: Keeping corridors, lobbies, elevators, and other common areas tidy and presentable at all times.
Safety and Security: Strictly following all cleaning protocols, handling chemicals safely, and maintaining absolute respect for guest privacy.
Reporting: Promptly notifying the maintenance department of any repairs needed, such as leaking faucets or broken lamps, and reporting any lost-and-found items found in rooms.
Organization: Efficiently managing a housekeeping cart and restocking supplies to ensure a smooth work process.

Requirements / Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications (SSCE, OND, or equivalent).
A minimum of 2 years of active experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-end hospitality setting.
