Role Overview
The Coordinator for Home Quality Assurance is responsible for supporting and maintaining established quality standards through first-line evaluation and reporting. The primary mission is to monitor process flows, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that all divisional activities comply with predefined quality management metrics. This role involves a mix of transaction monitoring, periodic auditing, and gap analysis to ensure that service standards remain consistent and that any deviations are promptly reported and corrected.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively execute policies and procedures to ensure quality standards meet or exceed established benchmarks across the value chain.
