Role Overview
As an Account Management Intern, your core mission revolves around the critical Know Your Customer (KYC) validation process. You will be the key link in upgrading customer accounts to Tier 3 by meticulously reviewing and confirming the authenticity of all submitted documents. Key Responsibilities
- KYC Validation: Systematically review customer IDs, utility bills, and business documents against internal Tier 3 policies.
