Role Overview

The UI/UX Design Intern will focus on polishing our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and designing critical new modules. This is a project-based internship designed for someone who needs a heavy hitting case study for their portfolio. You will not just be assisting you will be owning the design of core features like chat systems and escrow dashboards. Working in a remote environment, you will bridge the gap between design theory and technical implementation, learning exactly how to hand over files that developers can actually build. Key Responsibilities

  • MVP Audit & Refinement: Audit our existing mobile and web interfaces to fix inconsistencies in spacing, typography, and responsive layouts.
  • Feature Design: Design end to end user flows for the chat system, KYC (Know Your Customer) flow, and Escrow dashboard from scratch.
  • Design Systems: Utilize and maintain components and Auto Layout structures to ensure design consistency.
  • Developer Handover: Prepare and organize Figma files for seamless development handoff, learning industry standard documentation practices.
  • Collaboration: Participate in design reviews with the Senior Engineer and Founder to align user experience with business goals.

  • Figma Proficiency: You must have a strong command of Figma, specifically Auto Layout and Component driven design.
