Role Overview

As a Customer Care Assistant during your service year, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. Your job is to make sure every customer feels heard and helped. You will spend your day responding to enquiries, guiding people through application forms, and keeping our records straight. Whether it's a phone call, a WhatsApp message, or an in-person visit at our Garki office, you’ll be providing accurate information about our services and ensuring that every issue is followed up until it’s resolved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Outreach: Call customers to follow up on their applications, documentation status, and any service updates.
  • Enquiry Management: Respond professionally to customer questions via phone, WhatsApp, and physical office visits.
  • Form Guidance: Walk customers through the correct way to complete application forms to avoid errors.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide clear and accurate information about Grace Moni’s products and financial services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update customer contact details and records in our database.
  • Issue Resolution: Escalate complex complaints to the right department and follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the smooth onboarding process for new clients joining the platform.
  • Administrative Help: Support general office operations and administrative tasks whenever the team needs a hand.
