Job Summary
The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for attending to customers, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring everyone has a pleasant dining experience. The role requires good communication, neat appearance, and a friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers politely and attend to them promptly.
- Take customer orders correctly and pass them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks in a neat and professional manner.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well-arranged.
- Handle customer requests and complaints calmly and respectfully.
- Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Assist with basic cleaning before and after service hours.
- Follow cafeteria rules, safety standards, and work guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- Must live within Surulere, Aguda, Lawanson, or nearby areas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is an added advantage but not compulsory.
