About the Position

The Kitchen Assistant / Production Staff role is crucial in ensuring that all Fresh2Go outlets maintain high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and operational efficiency. This position supports the kitchen team in preparing ingredients, producing meals and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in day-to-day kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food items, smoothies, and ingredients according to company recipes.
• Wash, cut, and portion fruits, vegetables, and other raw materials efficiently.
• Support bulk production and daily kitchen operations to meet customer demand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
• Ensure proper storage of all food items and ingredients following hygiene and safety standards.
• Follow food handling, safety, and hygiene protocols consistently.
• Assist with stock arrangement, inventory checks, and tracking ingredient usage.
• Adhere to all instructions from supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum of SSCE; formal training in catering, food processing, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, production staff, or food handler is desirable but not required; training will be provided.
