About the Position
The Cashier role at Fresh2Go Foods Enterprises is integral to ensuring seamless outlet operations and providing excellent customer experiences. The Cashier is responsible for managing sales transactions, issuing receipts, maintaining daily financial records, and supporting overall outlet efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts and process payments for customers with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and detailed daily sales reports for management review.
- Deliver courteous and efficient customer service at all times, enhancing the customer experience.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and surrounding areas.
- Adhere strictly to operational guidelines, food safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
- Support other team members and assist in general outlet operations when required.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum of SSCE; OND, NCE, or higher qualification is advantageous.
- Prior experience as a cashier, sales assistant, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
