Editorial: Insight for Warehouse Professionals
For a role like this at Dynamic Edge, the recruiters aren't just looking for someone who can count they want a Logistics Mind. Because you are dealing with edible products (Cadbury), your knowledge of FEFO (First Expired First Out) is your biggest asset. Nobody wants to find expired Bournvita at the back of the shelf.
When applying, make sure your CV highlights how you’ve handled Shrinkage and Damages in the past. If you can show that you reduced losses by a certain percentage in your previous job, you are already ahead of the pack. Ajah is a busy hub, so being someone who can handle the hustle of delivery truck schedules while keeping a cool head is non negotiable.
Important Notice
A legitimate recruitment process for the Ajoke Group is completely free. If anyone contacts you asking for payment to secure your slot, it is a scam. Your experience and your integrity are all you need to get the job. Stay safe.
