Detailed Responsibilities
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the engine room of the facility, ensuring that every guest walks away with a smile. Your duties will include:
- Supervise day to day activities to ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Greet and attend to guests with professional courtesy, handling all inquiries and feedback promptly to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule and motivate staff, conduct regular briefings, and lead performance evaluations to maintain high discipline and grooming standards.
- Monitor stock levels, track daily sales and wastage to prevent losses, and supervise billing and POS operations with high accuracy.
