Role Overview
As the Training Supervisor, you will be the architect of growth for the company's workforce. Reporting to senior management, your mission is to identify where the team needs improvement and design the programs to get them there. From overseeing the onboarding of fresh talent to ensuring the veteran staff stays updated on safety and compliance, you will manage the entire learning lifecycle. You will oversee trainers, manage the training budget, and use modern tools like Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track progress and report outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment: Conduct job analysis and performance reviews to identify training gaps across different departments.
