Editorial: Insight for Federal Applicants
Federal recruitments are marathons, not sprints. For FCES Oyo, the Referee Report is often where many people lose out because they don't follow up with their referees. Don't just send the link, call your referees and ensure they send the mail to the Registrar with the correct subject line.
If you are an academic, your TRCN registration is your license to practice here without it your application might not move past the first stage. For those in the Medical or Technical cadres, ensure your professional licenses are active. Oyo is a historical city with a rich culture, and working at FCES gives you the chance to be a pioneer in the specialized field of inclusive education. Apply with precision.
Important Notice
A Federal Government job is not for sale. If anyone tells you they can help you for a fee, they are trying to scam you. Your qualifications and your referee reports are your only path to success. Good luck to all applicants.
