Job Description
Royal Resource Management is seeking three (3) qualified and committed Classroom Teachers for immediate employment. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering quality lessons in line with the school’s curriculum while supporting students’ academic growth and character development.
The ideal teacher should be patient, organised, and enthusiastic, with the ability to manage a classroom effectively and communicate clearly with students, parents, and school management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the approved school curriculum.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom learning environment.
- Assess, record, and report students’ academic performance and progress.
- Maintain discipline and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Prepare lesson notes, schemes of work, and teaching materials.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, trainings, and school activities.
- Communicate effectively with school management and parents when required.
- Support the academic, social, and moral development of students.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum of Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE).
- Relevant teaching subject specialisation.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to teach clearly and engage learners effectively.
- Patience, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm for teaching.
- Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and also function well in a team.
Additional Requirements
- Applicants who reside in or around Guzape, Asokoro, Apo, or nearby areas have an added advantage.
- Immediate availability to resume work is required.
