Job Summary

The Station Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the fuel station, supervising staff, monitoring sales, and ensuring that customers are served efficiently. This role requires someone who can lead by example, manage people fairly, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily station operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.

• Resolve customer complaints politely and professionally.

• Must have completed NYSC.
• Previous experience in fuel station operations or retail supervision is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and record keeping.
