Job Summary
At Ecolion Power we're currently recruiting Solar System Installation Trainees from all regions of Nigeria. This internship opportunity is designed for young Nigerians who are interested in solar energy and want to build a long term career in solar system installation and sales. The program offers free professional training, practical technical exposure, and the opportunity to become a certified regional installation and sales agent after successful completion of training and assessment.

This role is for individuals with little or no prior experience who are willing to learn, work in the field, and grow into independent solar professionals. Recruitment is ongoing, and training batches are organized once available slots are filled.

About the Training Program
This trainee program is a structured empowerment initiative aimed at equipping young Nigerians with practical solar energy skills at zero cost. The first phase of the program admits a limited number of participants to ensure quality training and close supervision. Selected trainees will undergo a combination of online and physical training sessions delivered by experienced solar professionals.

The training covers essential areas such as solar product knowledge, system installation techniques, basic troubleshooting, maintenance procedures, and sales skills. At the end of the training period, all participants will be required to attend a centralized assessment organized by us at Ecolion Power. Only candidates who successfully pass the assessment will move on to the next stage of certification and engagement.

Certification and Career Path
After completing the training and passing the final assessment, successful candidates will receive an official certification issued by us. Certified trainees will then be recognized as regional installation and sales agents within their respective locations. This means you will be empowered to install Ecolion Power solar systems, promote the brand locally, and earn income based on performance.

There is no salary during the training phase. However, once certified, agents earn income through installation service fees and profit sharing from product sales. The earning potential is flexible and performance based, with no fixed income limit.

Key Responsibilities (After Training)

• Install, commission, and maintain Ecolion Power solar energy storage systems within your assigned region.
• Provide basic after-sales support and maintenance services to customers.
• Promote and sell solar panels, batteries, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
• Identify and develop customer relationships, including individuals and businesses.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Support local brand promotion activities and community engagement.
• Maintain professional service standards to improve customer satisfaction and brand trust.
