About the Position
The Housekeeper plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring rooms and facilities are clean, well-prepared, and properly stocked. The position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a courteous attitude when interacting with guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare rooms for new guests, including turn-down services and arrangement of amenities.
- Check room inventory and ensure adequate supplies such as soap, tissue, and bottled water.
- Assist with laundry services for guests when required.
- Respond politely to guest requests or escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.
Qualifications
- SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar role.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think fast and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to take initiative and suggest new ideas when necessary.
