Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and people focused leader to head its Talent and Performance Management function. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong talent systems, clear career frameworks, and performance processes that support both employee growth and the company’s rapid expansion.
You will work closely with senior leaders, People Business Partners, and the Learning & Development team to drive a high-performance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own Moniepoint’s global talent and performance management strategy.
- Design and maintain clear job levels, career paths, and role expectations across teams.
- Oversee quarterly performance review cycles, including feedback and calibration.
- Drive growth planning, development plans, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Introduce and manage talent reviews and succession planning processes.
- Partner with business leaders to embed a strong performance and development culture.
- Manage a small team and collaborate with external partners when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong experience building performance frameworks and career paths.
- Background working in tech companies or fast-growing environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional talent initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using or implementing talent and performance platforms.
- Experience managing talent strategy across multiple countries (Nigeria, UK, India).
- Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, banking, or payments.
- Knowledge of succession planning frameworks like 9-box models.
- 7–10+ years of experience in Talent Management, L&D, or Organizational Development.
