Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage corporate customer accounts and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Create quality risk assets through sound credit processing and approvals.
- Monitor customer facilities and ensure timely renewals.
- Mobilize deposits to improve the bank’s liability position.
- Process Letters of Credit, Bills for Collection, and Invisible Trade transactions.
- Cross-sell bank products and ensure effective deployment.
- Comply with Information Security policies and safeguard customer data.
- Resolve customer complaints within prescribed timelines.
Education & Experience
- HND or B.Sc. in any discipline (minimum Upper Credit / Second Class Lower).
- MBA, ACCA, or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
